Ok let’s start by saying that I’m not by any means a foodie. I can be very easily impressed, but just as easily be repelled by certain food. I like variety, and even though I love Indian food, I am probably not the one you would look at for advice on this. BUT (yes, there’s a but!) I have LOVED some of the places that I will mention, and I think these spots can inspire Indians and foreigners alike.
Cafe & Bar Palladio
Hilton rooftop
I am not going to repeat what I said here, but the Jaipur Hilton rooftop is really nice, the food is varied, they have music, and they have great options for drinks as well. Please try the pumpkin goat cheese ravioli and the black truffle and edamame dumplings for me if you visit. 🙏
Anokhi Cafe and Shop
Yes, you read that well! Anokhi is both a store that sells patterned, colorful clothes, and it is also a cafe, where you can get coffee, freshly pressed juices, sandwiches or salads. They also have other dishes. The salad I got was pumpkin, coriander (yaas), pomegranate (of course) and mozzarella. Might be my new favorite salad ever.
I hope you liked this very short recap! I have of course eaten at other restaurants but I was not convinced. So here are my recommendations!
